Unbound is for the busy woman who may know a thing or two about exercise and lifting weights, but still doesn’t know where to start in order to achieve the mental, physical, or personal goals they have. Maybe you’ve dabbled in other free programs or saved “swipe” workouts on Instagram over the years only to feel more lost than when you started. Maybe you’re starting to feel confident in the gym, but enjoy the convenience of having done-for-you workouts ready to go so you can walk in, do the work, and get back to the rest of your life while knowing that your training plan serves a purpose and is working for you and your goals. 

Unbound takes the guess work out of a structured training plan while still leaving room to make training enjoyable. Unbound provides structure, flexibility, and variety that makes your training never actually feel like training.

Unbound is a weigh-neutral, anti-diet approach to strength training and structured movement. There are programmed workouts each week, but it is up to you to determine which of those you wish to complete based on your life, your schedule, your mood and emotions, and your goals. There is no talk of altering your body or weight loss throughout the program. Unbound focuses on you as a whole human and how structured training through lifting weights, aerobic sessions, and mobility can support you and complement your unique lifestyle.

Follow the weekly workouts including strength, mobility, and aerobic sessions. Utilize the bonus resources to complement your training.

Learn how to prioritize rest over movement as needed. Gain the knowledge needed to alter your workouts to suit your needs with decreased or increased intensity.

Enjoy a new-found sense of clarity around your training and your goals. Repeat as necessary with options to scale up as you progress.

I believe that movement and exercise shouldn’t feel overwhelming and this includes making sure my services are accessible to those that would benefit from them. 

Unbound is priced at $297. This is a one time payment that includes 12 weeks of structured training, bonus resources, and email support if any questions arise.


I recognize that a large payment made at one time is not always the most practical solution for everyone and because of this I do offer payment plans to anyone who may want them. There are both three and six month payment plan options available.

I believe there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition, fitness, and body acceptance. I believe in fueling our lifestyles and our souls with food that makes us feel good. I believe in the messy work, the ups and downs, and embracing trial and error. 

I’m definitely not your typical nutrition and fitness coach. With my nutritionally agnostic and nuanced approach to health, you won’t find any restrictive, fad-diets, but you will find an advocate for autonomy who supports you in making educated decisions for your body.
